About Nadiad

Nadiad is a city in Kheda district of Gujarat. The city is famous for producing some well-known literature personalities and freedom fighters. Deputy Prime Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Indulal Yagnika are from Nadiad. The city is also known for carvings and scriptures that are painted in different styles in forts and temples around. Santram Mandir is famous for its carvings and is look very beautiful. Other famous temple is 700 yr old Sri Raxeshwar Mahadev Mandir, dedicated to Lord Shiva. 110 year old Methodist Church and mission hospital is worth visiting. Nadiad also has deaf and mute school and Badhir Garden which are must visit places.

About Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad is the largest capital city of Gujarat and is located on the banks of River Sabarmati. The city was once the capital of the state, but now is the administrative center.
