About Nanded

Nanded is the holiest city in Maharashtra, for Sikh religion, and is best known for famous Hazur Sahib Gurudwara palace. Nanded is also the holiest city for Hindus because of the famous Renukadevi Shaktipeetha Temple. The city is located on the banks of River Godavari and is the oldest city in Marathawada region of Maharashtra. Besides being the religious place, Nanded is also the tourist location with having Nanded Fort and Kandhar Fort. Nanded Fort is largely visited fort because it is surrounded by Godavari River in three sides and is beautifully laid by garden. Nanded holds some tourist attractions like: Parli Vaijnath, Narsi Namdev, Basar Temple and Treasure Bazaar Nanded.

About Pali

Pali is an old town in Rajasthan. It is known for many old buildings which were built centuries ago and are still in a good condition. In earlier time, this town was under wealthy Brahmins, were called as Paliwals, hence the name Pali. This town is mainly known for three main temples- Ranakpur Jain Temple, Hatundi Rata Mahabir Temple and Surya Narayan Temple. Like other places in Rajasthan, Pali is also known for colorful homes.
