PRTC-Budhlada Depot

The PRTC(Pepsu Road Transport Corporation)- Budhlada depot is Punjab's largest state-owned bus operator. Under the provisions of the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950, the PRTC was established on 16th October, 1956, with the vision to provide an economic and efficiently coordinated operating systems in road transport services. Headquartered at Patiala, this State-run corporation operates over almost the whole of North India. The Corporation currently has 10 depots which are located at Patiala, Bathinda, Kapurthala, Barnala, Sangrur, Budhlada, Faridkot, Ludhiana, Chandigarh and Special Cell of KM Scheme at Patiala.
